Heal Past Hurts attached to Money Concept

Posted on December 28, 2024December 28, 2024 by Minkal Vaishnav

Imagine standing at a crossroads, the life you dream of within reach, yet something holds you back. It’s not your lack of planning or determination – it’s the silent, unseen force of your emotions. These undercurrents shape every choice we make, yet we often ignore their power, hoping logic alone will steer the ship.

As an energy healer, I’ve come to realize that emotions are not just feelings; they are the architects of our lives. Decisions, actions, and the ability to pursue dreams are all intertwined with the state of our emotional world. Yet, from the earliest stages of life, many of us are taught to suppress, deny, or hide these emotions.

Think back to your childhood. How often were your feelings met with a hurried response, dismissed as unimportant, or silenced for the sake of convenience? Perhaps the caregivers were overwhelmed, unequipped, or unaware of the lasting scars left by unattended emotions. These moments, seemingly small, planted seeds of doubt, fear, and unworthiness.

When emotions are suppressed, they don’t disappear – they become shadow self. The energy of unexpressed feelings crystallizes into shadows: self-doubt, anxiety, depression, and even the inability to make decisions. These shadows whisper lies, convincing you that you’re stuck, unworthy, or powerless.

But what if we viewed emotions differently? What if, instead of treating them as hurdles, we embraced them as guides? Emotions demand acknowledgment, not avoidance. They are signals, telling us where healing is needed, where attention must be directed.

As authors of our lives, we have the power to rewrite this story. To honor emotions is to honor ourselves. It means creating spaces where feelings can be expressed without judgment, fostering a sense of safety, and rewriting the scripts of neglect from our past.

The truth is, nurturing emotions is the key to building not only an emotionally fulfilling life but also a material foundation for success. It is the neglected cornerstone of decision-making, the silent partner in every great leap forward.

Let us begin to see emotions as allies, not adversaries. Let us give ourselves the permission to feel, to heal, and to move forward – not despite our emotions, but because of them.

Part 1 – Pendulum Reflection: Aligning Mind and Emotions with Money Energy

The pendulum reveals truths that often lie beneath the surface of conscious awareness. When asked, “Do I think I Should be making more money?”, the pendulum responds with a clear yes. Yet, when asked, “Do I feel I should be making more money?”, the answer shifts to no. This discrepancy reveals a profound misalignment between the mind and emotions.

Such misalignment can create a state of inner conflict, where actions and desires are sabotaged not by a lack of ability or opportunity but by unresolved emotional resistance. Emotions, the driving force behind all outcomes, must feel safe and aligned with the thought of abundance for it to manifest freely.

Emotions act as protectors, much like a nurturing mother fiercely guarding her child. When emotions perceive an idea – such as the pursuit of money – as unsafe, they may reject it outright. This rejection isn’t rooted in logic but in fear, insecurity, and inherited beliefs.

Generational Wounds and Money Energy

The belief that money is a thing of men echoes through generations. Historically, women were distanced from money and trade, their focus placed on nurturing homes and relationships rather than building wealth. This divide, born of societal roles, has created deep generational wounds. Even today, these subconscious imprints can linger in our cells, subtly influencing how we perceive and interact with money.

For many women, this manifests as a block – an invisible barrier preventing financial growth. The idea of money may trigger subconscious fears of dis-harmony, greed, or destruction. These beliefs are not always personal; they are inherited from family stories, cultural norms, and mass consciousness.

  • Does the idea of money trigger destruction?
  • Does the idea of money trigger pain?
  • Does the idea of money bring joy?
  • Does the idea of money bring peace?

Money is often seen as the root of conflict, blamed for wars, family feuds, and marital strife. Such beliefs create emotional resistance, making it difficult to embrace wealth as a force for good.

  • “Clear all negative ideas and perceptions of money.”
  • “Clear all negative thoughts and feelings about money”
  • “Clear all negative experiences and memories about money.”
  • “Clear all negative states and consciousness of money.”
  • “Clear all triggers, responses and beliefs that make me uncomfortable around the thoughts and ideas of money.”

“Growing up I had no money of my own but things are different now. I am an adult and I make my own money in abundance and ease. My inner child is so happy to see me make more money doing things I love and enjoy. I am learning and growing everyday and becoming the best version of myself. I am so proud of myself and my achievements. I am no more a little child, I don’t need anybody’s permission now. I can take lead and I can create a new path for me and create sources of abundance and wealth. I am comfortable with making big money and growing more money.”

Healing Through Awareness

To release these blocks, one must first acknowledge them. Here are steps to begin:

Pendulum Questions for Clarity

  1. Ask: “Do I carry generational beliefs about money?”
  2. Ask: “Are these beliefs rooted in fear or protection?”
  3. Ask: “Can I release these beliefs safely and effectively?”

Emotional Alignment Practices

  1. Explore how you feel about money. Does the idea of wealth bring joy or comfort?
  2. The goal is to create a safe emotional space: “It is safe for me to welcome abundance.”

Generational Healing

  1. Use the pendulum to ask: “Am I carrying generational wounds around money?”
  2. If yes, set the intention: “I release and heal all generational wounds that block my financial growth.”
  3. “I release all limiting generational patterns around money related to sufferings, poverty, helplessness, hopelessness, unemployment, debts and any other.”

Re-framing Beliefs

  1. Transform limiting beliefs by affirming: “Money is a tool for harmony, growth, and contribution.”
  2. Visualize money as a nurturing force, much like the protective love of a mother.

Mass Consciousness Clearing

  1. Use the pendulum to ask: “Am I influenced by mass consciousness beliefs about money?”
  2. If yes, command: “Clear all mass consciousness beliefs about money from my energy field.”
  3. “Clear all generational, societal and mass consciousness negative imprints about money from my energy field and heart.”

By aligning the mind and emotions and addressing generational and societal imprints, you can transform your relationship with money. The pendulum serves as a guide, helping you uncover hidden truths and create harmony between your inner world and external reality.

Part 2 – Pendulum Strategy: Realigning Money Energy

This pendulum strategy is a powerful and systematic approach to realigning emotions and beliefs about money. By consciously removing negative emotional attachments and replacing them with positive, supportive beliefs, you’re creating a strong foundation for financial abundance. Here’s a structured version of this strategy:

Step 1: Identify Core Emotional Blocks

Using the pendulum, ask the following questions:

  1. “Do I carry pain attached to money?”
  2. “Do I carry shame, fear, or stress attached to money?”
  3. “Are there unresolved traumas or sacrifices related to money?”
  4. “Is there past life karma blocking my abundance?”

Make note of any affirmative answers.

Step 2: Clear Negative Emotional Attachments

For each identified block, use the pendulum to command:

  1. “Remove all pain attached to money and replace it with pleasure.”
  2. “Remove all trauma attached to money and replace it with understanding.”
  3. “Remove all shame, fear, stress, and sacrifice attached to money.”
  4. “Remove all losses, curses, and past life karma attached to money.
  5. “Clear and remove all and any past life karma blocking my abundance.”

Follow each command with an affirmation:

  • “Money is safe, money is good, and money is healing and helping me.”
  • “Abundance of money brings peace, joy, and blessings.”
  • “I love having money around me because it allows me to enjoy and live freely.”

Step 3: Re-frame Beliefs

Use the pendulum to reinforce new beliefs:

  • “Money is not the enemy.”
  • “Having an abundance of money is spiritual, healthy, and divine.”
  • “Money makes life peaceful and harmonious.”
  • “It is safe to desire, attract, and enjoy money.”

Step 4: Test Emotional Alignment

Revisit your pendulum questions to test alignment:

  1. “I think I should be making more money than I am making.”
  2. “I feel I should be making more money than I am making.”
  3. “Would I lose peace if I make more money?”

If any answers remain misaligned (e.g., fear of losing peace), revisit clearing commands specific to that concern.

Step 5: Integrate and Affirm

Daily affirmations to reinforce emotional alignment:

  • “I am worthy of making more money effortlessly and joyfully.”
  • “Money flows to me in ways that are peaceful, abundant, and aligned with my highest good.”
  • “I feel safe and secure in having and enjoying money.”

This strategy creates a comprehensive emotional and energetic reset around money.

Part 3 – Pendulum Strategy: Make a New Decision to Align Peace and Money

This strategy of making a new decision to align peace with money is an excellent approach to overcome deep-seated emotional conflicts and subconscious blocks. Here’s how you can structure and expand this into a clear and actionable framework:

Step 1: Declare a New Decision

State your decision with clarity and conviction:
“I make a new decision to make more money than I am making now. I diversify, multiply, and leverage my income while maintaining inner peace. I choose to balance peace with financial abundance.”

Step 2: Identify and Address Core Concerns

Using the pendulum, ask these questions to identify blocks:

  1. “Am I ready to make more money?”
  2. “Is it because I believe I will lose peace?” (if no)
  3. “Does money inherently make me lose peace?”
  4. “Can I choose both money and peace?”

If the answer indicates resistance, acknowledge the underlying conflict:

Step 3: Remove Negative Attachments

Use the pendulum to issue the following commands:

  1. “Remove all war attached to money.”
  2. “Remove all inner conflicts, fears, and resistance associated with financial abundance.”
  3. “Bring balance, understanding, peace, and harmony with money.”

Affirm after each command:

  • “I make peace with money.”
  • “Money supports my inner peace and personal growth.”

Step 4: Clear and Align Energy

Use specific energy-clearing commands:

  1. “Resolve all issues between money and peace within me.”
  2. “Clear all blockages to abundance, prosperity, wealth, and assets in the form of money.”
  3. “Harmonize my energy to attract money joyfully and peacefully.”

Step 5: Test and Reinforce

Revisit the pendulum questions to check alignment:

  1. “Am I ready to make more money?” (Answer: Yes)
  2. “Am I at peace with money?” (Answer: Yes)
  3. “Am I one with money?” (Answer: Yes)

Step 6: Affirm and Integrate

Adopt daily affirmations to reinforce your decision:

  • “I am at peace with money, and money flows to me in harmony.”
  • “I embrace abundance and prosperity with a calm and peaceful mind.”
  • “I am one with money, and it supports my highest good.

By systematically removing conflict, bringing balance, and affirming alignment, you are setting the stage for effortless financial abundance.

Part 4 – Pendulum Strategy: Clearing Permission, Safety, and Openness to Money

This pendulum strategy focuses on breaking through the blockages surrounding permission, safety, and openness to receiving money. Here’s how to structure the process to make sure all aspects are cleared and aligned for financial abundance:

Step 1: Clear Permission Issues

  • “Do I have the right to make more money than I am making?” (Yes)
  • “Do I have the permission to make more money than I am making?” (No)

When you identify external permission as a block, acknowledge that:

  • “I do not need anyone’s permission, including any authority figure or caregivers, to make decisions that are best for me, good for me, and healthy for me.”
  • “I give myself the freedom, liberty, and authority to make my own decisions, including the decision to make more money.”

Affirm the release of any permission-based restrictions:

  • “I am empowered to make my own choices.”

Recheck with the pendulum:

  • “Do I need the permission of anyone or anything external to make more money?” (No)
  • “Do I have all the permission to make more money than I am making?” (Yes)

Step 2: Align with Money

Clear any blockages that prevent alignment with money:

  • “Am I aligned to money?” (No)
  • “Do I have any blockages?” (Yes)

Use the pendulum to clear:

  • “Dissolve and release all blockages to aligning with money.”
  • “I ask for complete alignment with money on all areas of my life and on all levels of my being, across all time, space, energy, matrices, dimensions and realities.”
  • “I ask for complete integration and embodiment of money in all areas of my life and on all levels of my being, across all time, space, energy, matrices, dimensions and realities.”

Check after the clearing:

  • “Am I aligned to money?” (Yes)

Step 3: Open to Receive Money

Next, clear any resistance to receiving money:

  • “Am I open to receive money?” (No)

Clear all related negative patterns:

  • “Clear and release all negative patterns attached to money.”
  • “Clear and release all negative conditions attached to money.”
  • “Clear and release all trauma around receiving money.”
  • “Clear all negative emotions attached to receiving money.”
  • “Clear all negative thoughts attached to receiving money.”
  • “Create peace and harmony with money.”
  • “Create comfort and joy with money.“
  • “Create ease and grace with money.”
  • “Create safety and security with money.”
  • “Create protection and nourishment with money.”

Recheck:

  • “Am I open to receiving more money?” (Yes)

Step 4: Ensure Safety with Money

Address safety concerns surrounding money:

  • “Is money safe?” (No)
  • “Is it safe to have money?” (No)
  • “Is it safe to have more money?” (No)

Clear psychological wounds attached to receiving and holding money:

  • “Clear and remove all psychological wounds attached to receiving money.”

Step 5: Reinforce Alignment and Openness

After clearing, reaffirm alignment with money:

  • “I am aligned with money.”
  • “I am open to receiving money freely and effortlessly.”
  • “Money is safe, good, and abundant.”
  • “I am worthy of financial abundance, and I welcome it into my life.”

Recheck with the pendulum:

  • “Am I aligned to money?” (Yes)
  • “Am I open to receiving more money?” (Yes)
  • “Is it safe to have more money?” (Yes)

By following this process, you are clearing the psychological and energetic blockages that prevent the natural flow of money into your life.

Part 5 – Pendulum Strategy: Clearing Fears and Limiting Beliefs About Money

This pendulum strategy is a powerful method to uncover and release deep-seated beliefs and fears surrounding money. Here is the process on how to clear and transform these patterns effectively:

Step 1: Addressing Blocks in Channels for Making Money

  • “Am I open to receiving more money?” (Yes)
  • “Are all channels for making money open?” (No)

Action: Clear and remove any blockages in all channels for making money.

  • “Clear and remove all and any blockages in all the channels for making more money.”
  • “Open all the channels for making more money.”

Step 2: Expanding Capacity to Make More Money

  • “Do I have the capacity to make more money?”

Action: Expand your capacity to handle more money with ease.

  • “Increase and expand my capacity to make more money with ease and grace.”

Step 3: Clarifying Desire for Money

  • “Do I want to make more money?” (No)

Releasing the internal conflict:

  • Why don’t I want to make more money?
  • Because I feel I can’t handle it, it’s too much for me, and I need peace.

Address the fear around responsibilities:

  • Connecting with people is too much for me.
  • I am afraid of all the work, responsibilities, management, and organization that comes with money.

Shift the belief:

  • “Money is not the enemy. I am fully capable of managing money, responsibilities, and peace together.”
  • “I am capable of balancing peace and wealth.”

Step 4: Releasing Fears Around Worth and Acceptance

  • “Do I want to make more money?” (No)

Release old beliefs:

  • “Clear and release all old beliefs and conditioning about money.”
  • “I am worthy of love, acceptance, respect, and value regardless of the amount of money I make.”

Address fear of not being accepted or respected:

  • If I don’t make more money, I fear I will be left behind, unloved, unaccepted, and disrespected.

Challenge the belief that money equals worth:

  • “My value is not based on how much money I make.”
  • “My worth is not based on money.”

Step 5: Releasing Subconscious Fears of Punishment

  • “Am I worthy of money?” (No)

Re-frame this belief:

  • “I am worthy of money.”
  • “I am deserving of money.”

Exploring past life wounds:

  • “Was I punished for making more money in the past?” (Yes)
  • “Did I lose love, respect, acceptance, and worth because of this punishment?” (Yes)

Address the fear of punishment associated with money:

  • “Clear and release all past life fears of punishment for making money.”

Step 6: Final Reaffirmation

After clearing all limiting beliefs, reaffirm your readiness and alignment:

  • “Do I want to make more money?” (Yes)
  • “Am I ready to receive more money?” (Yes)
  • “Am I worthy of money?” (Yes)

Clear any remaining negative thoughts or fears, and shift your focus toward abundance:

  • “Money is safe, good, and part of the natural flow of my life.”
  • “I am aligned with abundance and prosperity.”
  • “I am deserving of wealth and financial freedom.”

By continually revisiting these areas of resistance, you can shift the energy surrounding money from fear and limitations to abundance and empowerment.

Part 6 – Test Your Money Concept and Heal Past Hurt

Money is often intertwined with deep emotional patterns, beliefs, and past experiences. To create a healthier relationship with money, it’s important to address any past hurt and limiting beliefs that may be affecting your financial well-being. Below is a process to test your current money concept and clear past emotional wounds.

Step 1: Test Your Current Money Concept

Ask the Pendulum:

  1. “Do I have limiting beliefs about money?”
  2. “Do I feel worthy of having more money?”
  3. “Is money safe for me to receive?”
  4. “Do I associate money with fear or stress?”
  5. “Do I feel that money is hard to earn or manage?”

Reflect: Pay attention to the responses and how your body feels during these questions. These responses will give you insights into your emotional relationship with money.

Step 2: Heal Past Hurt and Emotional Blocks

Acknowledge the Past Hurt:

  1. Identify any past events where you felt hurt, scared, or rejected because of money. This could be childhood experiences, financial struggles, or beliefs passed down from family or society.

Pendulum Healing for the Past:

  1. Ask the pendulum:
    • “Am I carrying emotional wounds related to money from the past?”
    • “Do I have unresolved pain or trauma connected to money?”
    • “Can I release this past pain safely?”

Set Healing Intentions:

  1. Command:
    • “I release all past hurts and emotional wounds related to money.”
    • “I forgive myself and others for any financial struggles or mistakes.”
    • “I let go of any shame, guilt, or fear connected to money.”
    • “I am ready to heal my relationship with money.”

Step 3: Re-frame Your Money Beliefs

Affirmations for Re-framing:

  1. “I am worthy of abundance.”
  2. “Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.”
  3. “I am capable of managing and growing my wealth.”
  4. “I am safe and secure with money.”
  5. “Money is a positive, nurturing force in my life.”

Visualize: Picture yourself in a state of abundance, with money flowing freely and positively into your life. See yourself living comfortably and stress-free in your ideal financial situation.

Step 4: Create New Money Beliefs

Ask the Pendulum:

  1. “Am I ready to receive more money?”
  2. “Do I have any blockages to abundance?”
  3. “Am I aligned with my highest financial potential?”

Set Your New Intentions:

  1. “I align with abundance and financial freedom.”
  2. “I am open to receiving all the prosperity that is available to me.”
  3. “I welcome the flow of money into my life with peace and gratitude.”

By testing your current money concept, healing past hurt, and re-framing limiting beliefs, you can begin to transform your relationship with money. With time and consistency, you’ll be able to heal any past emotional wounds and attract the abundance you deserve.
